  • Charter sleds typically accommodate 4-5 individuals. The Husky Park guide determines the optimal number of passengers per sled. Empty seats may still incur charges if the group opts for fewer passengers than recommended by the guide.
  • The Husky Park guides determine the sequence of activities, whether starting with the safari or information session.
  • Entrance to the Park is complimentary for safari participants. Groups with their own guides receive information sessions at Kammi along with juice and cookies. Ample time should be allocated for customers to explore the Park.
  • In the event of schedule changes, advance notification is appreciated. Late arrivals without prior notice may affect the group's ability to participate immediately. Communication with the office or Husky Park is advised to ensure accommodation.
  • Arctic Circle Husky Park reserves the right to modify programs due to various factors such as weather conditions, track conditions, or dog health. Ride durations may be adjusted accordingly.
  • During extreme cold conditions below -30°C, longer routes may be closed. Alternatives can be discussed with guides or office staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cancellation terms vary based on the value of pre-orders. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation incur no charge, while those made 12-24 hours prior result in a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are charged at 100%. Final passenger counts should be confirmed the day before at the latest.
  • Invoices totaling under 500 euros are subject to a 10 euro invoice fee.

The staff were wonderful with the kids and made sure they felt comfortable throughout the experience.

Our family had an amazing time at Husky Park! The 500-meter sledge ride was perfect for our young children, and they absolutely loved interacting with the huskies. The staff were wonderful with the kids and made sure they felt comfortable throughout the experience. It was such a unique and unforgettable adventure that we'll treasure forever. Such a magical experience! The Husky Park tour with the 500-meter sledge ride was everything we hoped for and more. The huskies were adorable and full of energy, and the sledge ride through the snowy forest was truly breathtaking. The guides were excellent, providing interesting insights into the huskies and ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable ride. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rovaniemi!

Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience that we'll cherish forever.

We had a fantastic time at Husky Park! The 500-meter sledge ride was just the right length to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. The huskies were so well-trained and clearly loved what they do. The staff were also very accommodating, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience that we'll cherish forever.
