Booking & Payment
A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be made no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the traveler’s responsibility.
Insurance should cover trip cancellations, delays, medical expenses, lost luggage, and weather-related disruptions.

Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed as they are a natural phenomenon.
Certain outdoor activities (e.g., snowmobile safari, husky rides, whale watching) are subject to weather conditions and may be altered or canceled for safety reasons.
Visas & Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all passports, visas, and required travel documents are valid and in order.
We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documents.
Health & Safety
Travelers should be in good physical condition to participate in winter activities.
You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.
Accommodations & Activities
Hotel names and igloo resorts mentioned are subject to availability at the time of booking. Equivalent alternatives will be provided if original options are unavailable.
Activity durations (like husky rides or snowmobile tours) are fixed and cannot be extended.
Transfers & Flights
Domestic flights (e.g., Helsinki to Ivalo) are included but subject to airline schedule changes.
Delays in flights or transportation due to weather or other unforeseen events will be handled to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for compensation.
Pricing & Currency
Prices are based on current rates and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in case of significant currency fluctuations, tax changes, or unforeseen cost increases.
