4. Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary due to unforeseen events.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, visas, and necessary permissions are in order before the tour date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Agreement: By making the payment, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
This is a semi-private tour. Airport transfers are private, while some activities like city tours and Northern Lights tours may be on a shared (SIC) basis.
Yes, this itinerary can be customized to suit your preferences, such as changing hotel stays, adding extra activities, or modifying tour durations.
Daily breakfast is included at all hotels. Selected nights, such as the Igloo resort stay in Saariselka, also include dinner.

Domestic flights from Helsinki to Ivalo and Rovaniemi to Tallinn are arranged as part of the tour. International flights to and from Helsinki are not included.
Northern Lights sightings are natural phenomena and cannot be guaranteed. However, tours are scheduled for optimal viewing conditions.
Most activities are family-friendly, but snowmobile safaris and husky sled rides may have age or health restrictions. Please consult us before booking.
Luggage will be transferred with you during all hotel and airport transfers. In Tallinn, you can store luggage in the hotel cloakroom during the city walking tour.
