To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation.
The balance payment must be made at least 45 days before departure.
Payment can be made via international bank transfer to the account details provided upon booking.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 60 days prior to departure: 10% of tour cost
30–59 days prior to departure: 30% of tour cost
15–29 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
Less than 15 days or no-show: 100% of tour cost
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days and subject to bank fees.
Amendments to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Requests for amendments must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and baggage is strongly recommended.
Inclusions are as stated in the itinerary (accommodation, transfers, meals, activities, etc.).
Exclusions include (but are not limited to) airfare from Hong Kong, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and gratuities.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).
If a tour must be cancelled due to such events, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide credit for a future booking.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for participation.
Travelers with special medical needs must inform us at the time of booking.
While we take care to deliver a smooth experience, the company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the acts of third-party service providers.
Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used by the company for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in such materials.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Finland.
