1. Booking and Confirmation:
- All bookings for the 2 days Kirkenes Crab Safari tour from Ivalo/Inari/Saariselka must be made in advance.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, including all necessary details and instructions.
2. Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour start date will receive a 30% refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date will receive No refund
4. Changes and Amendments:
- Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
5. Health and Safety:
- Participants must be in good health and physically able to participate in the activities included in the tour.
- It is the participant's responsibility to inform the tour operator of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- The tour operator reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour activities.

- The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the operator’s negligence.
- Participants are advised to have adequate travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.

- The tour is subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour for safety reasons.
- If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
8. Itinerary Changes:
- The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational requirements.
- Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
9. Personal Belongings:
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The tour operator accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items.

- Participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and the environment.
- The tour operator reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour who is deemed to be disruptive or behaving inappropriately.
