4. Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary due to unforeseen events.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, visas, and necessary permissions are in order before the tour date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Agreement: By making the payment, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
This 5N/6D package includes accommodation in listed or similar hotels, daily breakfast, two dinners at the igloo resort, airport transfers, domestic flights between Helsinki–Ivalo and Rovaniemi–Helsinki, and all activities mentioned in the itinerary such as Northern Lights tour, Santa Claus Village visit, Husky ride, and Snowman World entry.
No, international flights to and from Finland are not included. Guests need to arrange their own international travel.
Accommodation includes stays at premium hotels in Helsinki, an igloo stay experience in Saariselkä, and a centrally located city hotel in Rovaniemi. All rooms will be standard or equivalent to those mentioned in the itinerary.
Breakfast is included on all days. Dinner is provided on both nights at the Saariselkä Igloo Resort. Other meals and snacks are not included unless specified.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, the tour is arranged in the best possible conditions for an optimal experience.
