Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 50 days before the tour start date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 50 days before departure: 40% refund.
- Cancellations made 50 days or less before departure: No refund.
- No refund for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.
Changes to Itinerary
- The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
Responsibility and Liability
- The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
- Participants are responsible for their own actions and should follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Health and Fitness Requirements
- Participants should be in good health and physically fit to take part in the activities.
- Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Travel Documents
- Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
- The tour operator is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to improper documentation.
Behavior
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
- The tour operator reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers the safety of others.
Force Majeure
- The tour operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Photography and Media
- The tour operator may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed should inform the tour operator in advance.
Cruise Terms
The cruise itinerary is subject to weather, port authorities, sea conditions, and operational requirements.
Havila Voyages reserves the right to change or cancel ports of call, schedules, and excursions without prior notice if circumstances require.
No compensation will be given for changes due to force majeure or unforeseen operational issues.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
Havila Voyages is not responsible for delays or denied boarding due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, trip interruptions, cancellations, baggage loss, and other contingencies.
Havila Voyages is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
Health & Safety
Passengers must disclose any medical conditions or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
The cruise may not be suitable for passengers with reduced mobility or serious health conditions.
Guests are responsible for complying with onboard safety instructions and guidelines at all times.
Onboard Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, crew members, and property.
Havila Voyages reserves the right to disembark passengers whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
Liability
Havila Voyages shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or adverse weather.
