Booking and confirmation:
- Bookings for the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- Any changes to booking details must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability.

Pickup and Drop-off:
- Pickup times and locations are as specified in the booking confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for being present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may result in missed transportation and are not eligible for refunds.
- Drop-off will be at the same location as the pickup point, unless otherwise specified.

Program Duration:
- The duration of the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience is approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes, including return transfers.
- Any delays or modifications to the program schedule due to unforeseen circumstances are at the discretion of the tour operator.

Additional Services:
- Additional services, such as shots from the Ice Bar, are available for an extra fee and must be paid for separately.
- Any additional purchases made during the tour are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the service provider.

Safety and Conduct:
- Customers are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide or staff members at all times.
- Any damage caused to property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the customer.

- In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour or provide alternative arrangements.
