1. Booking and confirmation:

   • Bookings for the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
   • A confirmation of booking will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
   • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of booking details provided at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
   • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
   • Any changes to booking details must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability.

3. Pickup and Drop-off:

   • Pickup times and locations are as specified in the booking confirmation.
   • Customers are responsible for being present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.
   • Late arrivals may result in missed transportation and are not eligible for refunds.
   • Drop-off will be at the same location as the pickup point, unless otherwise specified.

4. Program Duration:

   • The duration of the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience is approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes, including return transfers.
   • Any delays or modifications to the program schedule due to unforeseen circumstances are at the discretion of the tour operator.

5. Additional Services:

   • Additional services, such as shots from the Ice Bar, are available for an extra fee and must be paid for separately.
   • Any additional purchases made during the tour are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the service provider.

6. Safety and Conduct:

   • Customers are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide or staff members at all times.
   • Any damage caused to property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Weather and Conditions:

   • The tour may be subject to changes or cancellations in the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator.
   • In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the tour or provide alternative arrangements.

8. Liability:

   • The tour operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience, except in cases of proven negligence.

By booking the Snow Hotel and Ice Restaurant experience, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
