Cancellation and Refunds

• This booking becomes non refundable from 1st Dec - 15 April

Changes and Amendments

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) are valid and obtained prior to departure.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any traveler being denied entry into a country due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

Health and Safety

• Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering health, accident, and medical emergencies.
• The tour operator reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler deemed unfit for the tour due to health reasons.

Responsibility and Liability

• The tour operator acts only as an agent for transportation and accommodation providers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers.
• Travelers are advised to take precautions and follow safety guidelines provided by tour guides and local authorities during the tour.

Force Majeure

• The tour operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and political unrest.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
