Pickups commence 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the tour's scheduled start time, with exact pickup details communicated via email the day prior. - Please ensure punctual attendance to avoid missing the safari, as refunds will not be issued for missed meetings.
- The snowmobile driver holds responsibility for any vehicle damages, with a maximum personal self-liability of €1000 per person per snowmobile in the event of an accident.
- Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for refunds, and no changes will be accepted within this timeframe.
- Additional insurance can be purchased on-site for €20, reducing self-liability to €200. This insurance must be acquired before the tour commences.
