During extreme cold conditions below -30°C, longer routes may be closed. Alternatives can be discussed with guides or office staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cancellation terms vary based on the value of pre-orders. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation incur no charge, while those made 12-24 hours prior result in a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are charged at 100%. Final passenger counts should be confirmed the day before at the latest.
Invoices totaling under 500 euros are subject to a 10 euro invoice fee.
