Reservations require guest details including full name, contact information, and valid payment method. Booking becomes binding once confirmed in writing or electronically with a confirmation number. A valid credit card or prepayment may be required to secure the reservation. Cancellation terms and payment policies are specified in the booking confirmation. In case of no-show or early departure, charges may apply according to the confirmed rate plan. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am; early check-in or late check-out subject to availability. Guests must present a valid ID and payment card at check-in. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and on the property. The resort reserves the right to request a security deposit for additional services or damages. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted; cash payments are accepted in euros only. Children are welcome; extra bed or baby cot availability must be confirmed in advance. Pets are not permitted unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow resort rules; disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund. Any damages caused by guests or their companions will be charged to the responsible party. Smoking is prohibited inside all accommodations; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Any complaint or issue must be reported immediately to the reception for prompt resolution. The resort is not liable for loss or damage to valuables not stored in reception safes. Outdoor conditions, Northern Lights visibility, or activity availability cannot be guaranteed. Activities may be altered or cancelled due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. All stays and services are governed by Finnish law, with disputes handled by Finnish courts.

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
