Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies during the tour.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki.

Cancellations made more than 180 days before the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package may apply.
Cancellations made between 180 and 90 days of the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost may apply.
Cancellation made within 90 days of the tour date: A 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost may apply.

The package includes accommodation, daily breakfast (and selected dinners at the Igloo resort), domestic flights (Helsinki → Ivalo → Helsinki), transfers, Northern Lights tour, Snowmobile Safari, Arktis Ice Breaker Cruise in Kemi, Santa Claus Village visit (including 400m Husky Sledge, Arctic Circle crossing, Snowman World entry), and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

This is a semi-private tour. Airport transfers are private, while activities and excursions are on a shared basis (SIC).

No. All domestic flights (Helsinki → Ivalo and Rovaniemi → Helsinki) are included and arranged by the tour operator.

Accommodation includes a mix of city hotels and the Kakslauttanen Arctic Igloo resort. Standard/twin/igloo rooms are provided as per the itinerary. Meals are included as mentioned in the plan.

While the Northern Lights tours are included, sightings are subject to weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

The tour is family-friendly, but some activities like Snowmobile Safari or Husky Sledge require basic physical fitness and mobility.

Daily breakfast is included at all hotels. Dinner is included at the Kakslauttanen Igloo Resort. Other meals are self-arranged or optional.

Warm, layered clothing is recommended as Finland will be cold in February. Thermal wear, insulated jackets, gloves, hats, and snow boots are necessary, especially for outdoor activities.

Private cab transfers are provided from Helsinki airport to hotel, Ivalo airport to Saariselka resort, and Rovaniemi/Helsinki airports as per itinerary.

Travel insurance is not included. It is highly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
