Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki.

Cancellations made more than 180 days before the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package may apply.
Cancellations made between 180 and 90 days of the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost may apply.
Cancellation made within 90 days of the tour date: A 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost may apply.

Yes! The Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi operates on Christmas Day with festive activities, husky rides, and Snowman World access.

Entry to Snowman World, a short husky ride, and a lunch are included. You’ll also have time to explore the village, send postcards from Santa’s Post Office, and meet Santa.

The Kemi Icebreaker Cruise includes a guided tour of the vessel, views of the frozen sea, and the chance to float safely in a survival suit. It’s fully supervised and suitable for all ages
