• The tour operator reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler deemed unfit for the tour due to health reasons.

Responsibility and Liability

• The tour operator acts only as an agent for transportation and accommodation providers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers.
• Travelers are advised to take precautions and follow safety guidelines provided by tour guides and local authorities during the tour.

Force Majeure

• The tour operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and political unrest.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
