4. Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary due to unforeseen events.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, visas, and necessary permissions are in order before the tour date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Agreement: By making the payment, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
No, international flights to/from Finland are not included.

Yes, travel insurance covering medical and trip delays is recommended and often mandatory for Schengen visa.
Only breakfast is included daily; one dinner is included at the Igloo Resort. Lunch and other dinners are on your own.

The included husky sledge ride is 500 meters. Longer rides can be booked at additional cost.
Yes, you will have free time on Day 3 (after snowmobile safari) and evenings in Helsinki.
We assist in rescheduling and adjusting activities wherever possible. Additional costs, if any, will be borne by the traveler.
