I am from Malaysia and booked this package with finlandtour.fi in 2023. The booking and payment process was smooth. We paid by card. The tour went good. Driver was on time for every pickup. The guide Samantha in Porvoo made our day. We were able to witness northern lights twice. Over all good experience with the company.

We wanted to change our schedule 5 days before the tour. We understand the policies, but sometimes there are genuine reasons. Our request was not accepted. We had to travel as per the fixed schedule, service was good though.
