3. Tour Modifications: Changes to the itinerary may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify the tour without prior notice.
4. Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary due to unforeseen events.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, visas, and necessary permissions are in order before the tour date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
